A service that fully meets your needs for security, constant improvement, extension and upgrading the TracePro system. A system that you use daily for the smooth operation of your business.
This service includes:
- Storage to our company's server a clone (exact copy) of your plant. Copies of the software we have installed on each of your devices (PC, portable or fixed terminal, weighing device, etc.), a copy of the current configuration that has been made to each workstation as well as a copy of the current database schema of the system. Thus, you are absolutely assured that in the event of unexpected error (complete loss of the application and database) the system can be returned immediately (and remotely) to a production mode and if you have a last copy of your data you have no loss data.
- Free software update fixation (bug fixing) regardless of their number. Free software releases regardless of their number. These versions may involve either upgrading the operational capabilities of the software or following its specifications.
- Ability to expand or change the system's configurations to meet new needs or changes in the way the business operates, something common in today's competitive business environment.
